Corgi Cake Pan
Did you just adopt a corgi? Congratulations. Whether you've adopted a Pembroke Welsh corgi or a Cardigan Welsh corgi, you're in for a real treat. There's a reason that Queen Elizabeth II loves her corgi dogs. They're adorable. Even when you're looking at an adult corgi, you feel like you've got a perpetual puppy.
We're pretty proud of our brand new custom designed corgi dog cake pan. We think we've done a pretty good job of capturing the corgi silhouette, with their short legs and stubby tails.
While our corgi cake pan isn't as big as an adult corgi, it's pretty close. It's a generously sized cake pan, measuring 14 inches by nearly 10 inches, and is three inches deep.
This pan should hold between about eight cups of cake batter--or at least one box of Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker cake mix would give you. Remember: these brands are made for human consumption only.
If you are looking to make a cake for your corgi and their doggy friends, please choose from our Puppy Cake collection. Each box of Puppy Cake makes about three to four cups of batter so you'll definitely need at least two boxes of Puppy Cake mix to make a good-sized cake with this new pan.
Like all of our silicone cake pans, the corgi dog cake pan is made of 100 percent food grade silicone.
When cooking with silicone, we recommend coating with cooking spray so the cake doesn't stick to the pan. Also, we recommend putting this corgi cake pan on a baking sheet before filling with cake batter and putting in the oven. It will make it easier to get the pan in and out of the oven. Cool completely and then peel the pan away before frosting, cutting and serving.
Never cut a cake in a silicone cake pan mold. You'll ruin the pan when the knife goes through it.
